Upgrade a User to a Manager

  • Log in to the Reward Dashboard.

  • Under the Managed Groups section, click on the name of the group where the user you want to upgrade is. This will send you to the group's profile page.

  • Under the Users section, look for the user profile you want to upgrade.

  • Click on the button under the User's name to switch his/her access level to manager.
