By Event

Filter different types of events

• Under the Reports section, look for the Event Types tab.

• Click on the Select type(s) dropdown menu.

• Click on the event type you want to search.

• The results will show at the bottom of the screen.

You can add as many events as you want to the search and see what the results are.

Types of events

• Door Opened via Face: The door opened because the system recognized a person's face.

• Door Opened via PIN Code: The door opened because the person typed his/her PIN code.

• Door Opened via Scanned Tag: The door's opened because the person scanned his ID tag.

• Face Detected: The system detected a face and didn't recognize it.

• Motion Detected: The system detected movement via the cameras in the building.

• Person Detected: The system perceived the outline of a human body but couldn't detect his/her face.

• Unauthorized Access Attempt: A person trying to access an area that is not allowed to be in.

• Visitor Buzzed in via Phone: A person was allowed to enter an area via phone.

• Visitor Buzzed in via SMS: A person was allowed to enter an area via SMS.
