Change an RFID Tag

• Log in to the Reward Dashboard.

• Under the Managed Groups section, click on the name of the group the user is in. This will send you to the group's profile page.

• Under the Users section, look for the user profile you want to edit.

• Under the profile section, look for the RFID Tag tab.

• Click on the Edit Button.

• Use the device to scan the new RFID tag number.

• Type the new number off the RFID tag or scan it to input the tag's unique identification number.

• Click Save.
