Adding a User To a Group

  • Log in to the Reward Dashboard.

  • Under the Managed Groups section, click on the name of the group you want to add a user to. This will send you to the group's profile page.

  • On the Users section, type the email address of the user you want to add to the group on the "user email address" field.

  • Click on Add / Create

  • A message will appear saying that the user has been added successfully.

If the user already exists, the existing user will be added to the group. If it doesn't exist, it will create a new profile for this user.
