Let Visitors Into The Building

Here's the process a visitor has to go through to get access the building:

Via call

• Walk up to the device.

• Press the doorbell button on the device to talk to the Auto Attendant.

• Say the name of the person or company the visitor is trying to reach when the device asks for it.

Alternatively, the visitor can also say or dial the suite number instead.

• If a match is found, the device will say the results to the visitor and ask if he/she wants to connect.

• Press "Yes" or "1" on the device to confirm.

• The device will look up the user or company's profile and call the landline number on file.

• You'll receive a call asking if you want to let the visitor in.

• If you want to let the visitor in, press "0" on the device.

Via MMS

• If the number associated with your account can also receive MMS messages, you'll receive a snapshot of the visitor.

• If you want to let the visitor in, reply "Yes".

• You'll receive a confirmation message saying that the door has been successfully opened.
