Remove a User From a Group

There are two ways of doing this:

1st Method:

• Log in to the Reward Dashboard.

• Under the Managed Groups section, click on the name of the group the user is. This will send you to the group's profile page.

• Under the Users section, look for the user profile you want to remove.

• Click Remove.

2nd Method:

• Log in to the Reward Dashboard.

• Under the Managed Groups section, click on the name of the group the user is. This will send you to the group's profile page.

• Under the Users section, look for the user profile you want to edit.

• Under the Groups section, look for the name of the group you want to remove the user from.

• Click Remove.

When you remove a user from a group, you're not deleting the user's profile. You're just disassociating that user's profile from a specific group.
