Downgrade a Manager to a User

• Log in to the Reward Dashboard.

• Under the Managed Groups section, click on the name of the group where the manager you want to downgrade is. This will send you to the group's profile page.

• Under the Users section, look for the user profile you want to downgrade.

• Click on the button under the User's name to switch his/her access level to a user.
