Reward supports advanced visitor access, allowing you to connect with visitors and buzz them in from anywhere using your phone. Visitors use our advanced Auto Attendant built into the intercoms outside of the doors.
Intercom that supports visitor communication as well as pin codes and RFID tags for authorized users.
Visitor Access Workflow
Visitors simply say the name of the person or company they are trying to reach. We send a telephone call or picture message (if mobile) to the number on file.
A visitor walks up to the intercom.
The visitor then presses the doorbell button on the intercom to talk to the Auto Attendant.
The Auto Attendant says the following:
"Hello, please say the name of the person or company that you are trying to reach. You can also say or dial the suite number."
The visitor then says the name of the person or company or dials the suite number.
If a match is found, the intercom will say the results to the visitor and ask if he/she wants to connect.
The visitor then says "yes" or presses "1" on the intercom to confirm.
The intercom will call the number on file for the selected user or company and connect them with the visitor.
The representative from the user or company can then dial "0" on their phone to let in the visitor.
Let in Visitors via Picture Messages
If the number associated with your account can also receive MMS messages, you'll receive a snapshot of the visitor.
If you want to let the visitor in, reply "yes".
You'll receive a confirmation message saying that the door has been successfully opened.
