# Log in to Reward

* Once you have created your profile, go to <https://my.reward.com/login>
* Enter your email address and password.

If you see a message saying "**Sorry, unrecognized username or password**" when you try yo log in, it might be because of several reasons:

* You used the wrong email or password. Try logging in again. If you don't remember your password, see [**Reset your password**](/reward-access-control/getting-started/reset-your-password..md)**.**
* Your account has been deactivated. In that case, contact your system administrator.
