# Edit Your PIN Code

* Log in to the Reward Dashboard.
* Under the **Managed Groups** section, click on the name of the group the user is in. This will send you to the group's profile page.
* Under the **Users** section, look for the user profile you want to edit.
* Under the profile section, look for the **PIN Code** tab.
* Click on the **Edit** button.

* Enter the last 4-10 digits of your PIN code.
* If you wish to have a random PIN code instead, click on the **Random** button to have the system generate a PIN code.

 PIN codes consist of 2-3 assigned numbers between two "\*" signs, a set of 4-10 digits, and the "#" key. You can only edit the set of 4-10 digits.

Whenever you need to use your new PIN code, dial in this sequence on the device. 

**\*1\*** + **PIN code** + **#**
