Edit Your PIN Code

• Log in to the Reward Dashboard.

• Under the Managed Groups section, click on the name of the group the user is in. This will send you to the group's profile page.

• Under the Users section, look for the user profile you want to edit.

• Under the profile section, look for the PIN Code tab.

• Click on the Edit button.

• Enter the last 4-10 digits of your PIN code.

• If you wish to have a random PIN code instead, click on the Random button to have the system generate a PIN code.

PIN codes consist of 2-3 assigned numbers between two "*" signs, a set of 4-10 digits, and the "#" key. You can only edit the set of 4-10 digits.

Whenever you need to use your new PIN code, dial in this sequence on the device.
